Unigo is a college student only rideshare app that is a safer alternative to traditional rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft. Drivers must sign up with a university email and pass a security check. The rides are super cheap, and drivers are only permitted to drive a certain distance around campus, therefore keeping the price down for everyone. The app features safety checkpoints throughout the app and rides so the user is always safe and the driver always held accountable. The user is able to explore locations around their college campus (popular locations, recently visited, etc.) and are also able to choose their driver. The driver list will give the user the option to filter by car type, accessibility, etc. The primary user is a college student who likes to go out at night OR doesn't have a car.
